GENERATOR IDENTIFICATION

ENGINE

The engines are sourced from globally recognized manufacturers, including brands like Cummins, Perkins, and Kubota.

COOLING RADIATOR

A heavy-duty radiator is fitted to withstand ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

VIBRATION ISOLATORS

Rubber anti-vibration mounts separate the skid base from the engine and alternator to reduce vibration transfer.

FILTERS

The air filters are disposable canister-type units, available in single or dual elements. Each filter includes a service indicator. Oil and fuel filters are also supplied in replaceable canister form.

CIRCUIT BREAKERS

A fully rated mainline breaker is installed in a steel enclosure with a removable front plate, integrated directly into the generator assembly.

CONTROL PANELS

The control panel is delivered fully equipped with essential engine meters, AC indicators, and warning systems.

GENSET SKID

The steel skid is designed to support and secure all generator components.

The brushless alternators are self-excited and self-regulated, engineered for long and reliable operation. They use interconnected damper windings, an efficient cooling system, and sealed bearings. They come with Class H insulation and a 2/3 pitch design, maintaining THF below 2% and TIF under 50
